Some spring news

Poetry Spotlight is a new  poetry website. It contains thoughtful interviews with poets, each accompanied by a poem. I’m pleased to be featured this morning, and you can access the website here .

The new issue of The Compass on-line poetry magazine has just been published. Well worth having a look at some of the excellent new work.

I’m delighted to have been invited to be poet in residence at the Ashbourne Festival in June. I’m looking forward to judging the children’s poetry competition as well as delivering a workshop and readings in the beautiful garden at Offcote Grange, Derbyshire.

Very pleased to have poems in forthcoming spring editions of the following magazines. Poetry Wales, New Walk, Magma, The Butchers Dog and The Rialto.

I’m reading at the Magma 64 launch in London on the 24th of March, and am very much looking forward to a trip to Newcastle in May to attend the poetry festival to listen to some fabulous poets and to read as part of launch of The Butcher’s Dog poetry magazine.
