enabling the recipient to see other ways of doing things.
Feedback is pointing in a direction
but not taking over the wheel.
Feedback is about building confidence.
Feedback is not
Scoring points or showing off.
Knocking down to make someone stronger
(it doesn’t really work- I know)
It is not about using language
that is inaccessible or overly technical.
